Report product recalls or safety-related incidents securely here.
Please report product recalls by emailing the completed Product Recall Report Form to: Crisis.efap@cpt.eurofinseu.com. Or call the crisis hotline at: +49 30 520011010.
We will then contact you via email with more detailed information regarding your specific inquiry. To learn more about how Eurofins protects your data and your rights as a customer, please read our Privacy Policy.
Numerous certification systems currently require that the certification body be notified directly in the event of a product recall, changes to the company name or address, or complaints filed with regulatory authorities. This is already stipulated in the contracts as well as in DIN EN ISO/IEC 17021 and DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065.
Therefore, please report any of the above-mentioned cases to us immediately via the channel indicated above. We will then contact you. We will, of course, treat all information confidentially.
In addition to these reporting obligations to Eurofins ARS PROBATA GmbH, there are further reporting obligations to third parties that are not affected by this.
Continuous improvement ensures long-term success and trust.
Our goal of achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction through outstanding service quality is realistic and achievable only if a consistent, continuous improvement process is implemented throughout the entire company, encompassing all work steps performed by all employees.
Objection
“A request by an organization to review a negative decision by the certification body regarding the requested certification status.”
(DIN 17024 3.1)
Complaint
“A complaint by an individual or organization to the certification body regarding its activities, which expects a response but is not to be understood as an objection in the formal sense.”
(DIN 17024 3.7)
Complaints, objections, disputes, and appeals may be submitted in writing or in another suitable form (such as a meeting with minutes taken by the certification body) that allows for traceable documentation. You have the option of initiating the process via email (quality.efap@cpt.eurofinseu.com), by phone (+49 30 520011000), or by mail.
