With more than 50 years of experience, Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing Spain operates as a GMP-certified laboratory with extensive expertise in chemical and microbiological testing. We support the analysis of raw materials, intermediates, finished sterile and non-sterile pharmaceutical products, cosmetics, and medical devices for both human and animal health industries. We operate through two complementary laboratory sites. Our Barcelona laboratory brings over 20 years of experience and offers more than 2,850 m² of modern facilities, supported by a team of over 100 highly qualified professionals. This site delivers comprehensive GMP chemical and microbiological quality control services for small molecule pharmaceuticals, with strong expertise in areas such as nitrosamines and nitrites analysis, antibiotics, and sterile product and aseptic process control. The Madrid laboratory has been specifically designed to support pharmaceutical manufacturing and R&D activities in central Spain. With 266 m² and capacity for future expansion, it enables fast response times, optimised logistics, and improved sample stability. The site complements the Barcelona site by focusing on validation activities and microbiological quality control services, including pharmaceutical water testing, environmental monitoring, gas analysis, and services aligned with Annex 1 GMP requirements and Contamination Control Strategies (CCS). Our teams of scientists and project managers partner with clients throughout the outsourcing process, from testing to reporting, with 24/7 online data access via LabAccess.com. In close collaboration with the Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing network across Europe, we provide access to a comprehensive portfolio of analytical services.Our local presence ensures personalised customer support and flexible, high-quality solutions tailored to all analytical needs. In addition to BioPharma Product Testing, Eurofins Medical Device Services delivers comprehensive testing, consulting, regulatory, sterilisation and packaging solutions for medical devices from development through market approval and beyond.
