Eurofins Electric & Electronic Product Testing AG is an independent testing laboratory for electrical and electronic products.

Our activities are conducted both under formal accreditations and within recognised international conformity assessment schemes.

SAS Accreditation

Eurofins Electric & Electronic Product Testing AG is accredited by the Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and ISO/IEC 17065:2012.

These accreditations confirm our competence to perform testing and certification activities within our accredited scopes.

International Conformity Assessment Schemes

IECEE CB Scheme

Eurofins Electric & Electronic Product Testing AG operates as a CB Testing Laboratory (CBTL) under the IECEE CB Scheme.

Test reports are issued in accordance with IECEE regulations and under the responsibility of the respective National Certification Body (NCB).

ATEX / Explosion Protection / IECEx

Eurofins Electric & Electronic Product Testing AG is designated as Notified Body No. 1258 under the ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU for equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive atmospheres within its designated scope.

It is also designated as a certification body (ExCB) and is authorized to operate under the IECEx Certified Equipment Scheme and to issue test reports (ExTRs), quality assessment reports (QARs), and certificates of conformity (CoCs).
