Our PFAS Competence Center in Lidköping is one of Eurofins’ leading laboratories in Europe for the analysis of PFAS in food and feed. Here, we develop advanced analytical methods and ensure high quality and comparability of results, in line with increasingly stringent regulations and requirements.
We offer a comprehensive range of PFAS analyses across multiple matrices, including food, feed, drinking water, and environmental samples such as soil and sediment. Through accredited methods, low detection limits, and high analytical capacity, we support our customers in identifying and managing PFAS risks, as well as ensuring compliance with current legislation and requirements.
Since 2023, the Eurofins laboratory in Lidköping has been the European competence centre for PFAS. The site hosts a leading PFAS laboratory that has been in operation since 2016, with strong expertise in PFAS analysis for food and feed, water, and environmental samples.
We analyse PFAS in a wide range of food products, including fish and seafood, providing reliable data for food safety, regulatory compliance, and risk assessment. The laboratory also covers analyses of water, biota, soil, sediment, sludge, waste, and fire-fighting foam. Several accredited methods are available, and new food matrices are continuously being developed and validated.
