The object of the company is:To organize, manage, and execute intercompany logistics services in the Netherlands and Belgium, with a focus on food sample transport and related activities.To provide specialized logistics solutions for food testing laboratories, including:Same-day transport of food samples;Cold-chain management and temperature-controlled transport;Hygiene-compliant handling, inspection, and sample-taking activities.To centralize and standardize logistics operations across laboratories, ensuring efficiency, cost transparency, and harmonized procedures.To invest in and operate vehicles, equipment, and digital systems supporting logistics, including refrigerated transport, real-time tracking, and compliance with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, and inspection protocols.To establish and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with affiliated laboratories, covering delivery performance, hygiene, and temperature compliance.To maintain a unified quality management system aligned with applicable food safety, transport, and hygiene regulations.To expand services into cold-chain management, on-site sampling, and controlled distribution of consumables, including potential external service offerings.To ensure compliance with Dutch and Belgian food transport, labor, and regulatory requirements.To manage risks and safeguard business continuity through centralized coordination and emergency response capabilities.To do all that is incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects.
