Eurofins Food Testing Heerenveen is both a chemical and a microbiological laboratory. We can assist you with many of your nutritional testing needs; we offer nutritional profiling, ingredient analysis, testing for metals and minerals, and the determination of additives in your food products. All of this with the shortest possible turnaround times. Innovation and modernisation are our top priorities, ensuring you can bring your products to market quickly. The construction of the Eurofins Food Testing Heerenveen laboratory was completed in May 2019 and is one of the Eurofins Food & Feed testing network's most modern microbiological laboratories. Here, we conduct research into the quality of Dutch food products., utilising the most advanced techniques. We employ extensive automation for counts and use the Eurofins network's proprietary PCR techniques, ensuring we maintain the highest possible quality in our analyses and deliver reliable result.

Our global network of over 300 Food & Feed Testing laboratories offers the broadest selection of analyses and performs millions of assays every year to establish the safety, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability, and purity of food.
With more than 700 employees and 12 knowledge centers & laboratories, Eurofins Food, Feed, Water Benelux makes an important contribution to ensuring food and water safety. The Eurofins network of companies sees this as one of its most important tasks. More than ever we want to know what we eat. We want to know how our food is produced, whether farmers are fairly rewarded and whether the information on the label matches the contents of the packaging. For producers and retailers, among others, it is important to obtain reliable information about the origin of their raw materials and products.
