Eurofins Institut Dr. Appelt Hilter GmbH is a specialist laboratory for the microbiological and chemical analysis of food and feed. The company is highly experienced in the analysis and testing of chocolate, fats and oils, meat and meat products, baked goods, delicatessen and convenience foods, ice cream, animal feed and other food products.
The laboratory tests raw materials and finished products, carries out hygiene and marketability assessments, and provides advice on labelling, food law and quality management.

You can reach us Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. In addition, our laboratory and sample reception is open Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m.
Due to the flexibilisation of our accreditation according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, not all analytical methods offered are listed in the annex to our accreditation certificate. A complete list of all accredited methods can be found in the list of test methods.
