Eurofins SOFIA is an international operating food testing laboratory, located in Berlin. We support you wherever you need us. We draw up your risk-oriented testing plan, advise you on current legal requirements and carry out a blind spot analysis on request.

With our core competence in the field of pesticides and organic contaminants, we offer you comprehensive screening methods and analyses of single substances, but also individually adapted test scopes. Closely networked with regional and international Eurofins laboratories, we serve you reliably as a one-stop shop. Mutual trust and reliability are our most important principles for working with you.

Our core competences as a laboratory

Eurofins SOFIA GmbH has been successfully carrying out high-quality analyses in the field of residue analysis for over 25 years. On the basis of a blind spot analysis, we work with you to determine at which point in the supply chain your products are already adequately monitored and where additional measures might be sensible. Especially in the areas of pesticides and organic contaminants, we offer you comprehensive analyses of, among others, cereals, oil and oilseeds, hops, dried herbs, organic food and matrices that are difficult to analyse (e.g. essential oils, oleoresins and flavours).

With our multilingual team we master your requirements

Along the entire supply chain from raw material to processed food, we advise you on food legislation requirements and current issues, with regard to the composition of your product. Our English, French or Turkish speaking account managers will be happy to support you in drawing up your inspection plans in a risk-oriented manner and in accordance with international requirements.
