Eurofins Verdelab is an official laboratory, authorised by the Italian Ministry of Agriculture and accredited according to the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 standard. It specialises in phytosanitary seed testing and providing support for plant breeding programmes, serving Italian and international seed companies, nurseries, and agricultural producers. The laboratory performs analyses for the detection of the main plant pathogens, including fungi, bacteria, viruses, viroids, and phytoplasmas, as well as in vivo bioassays using artificial inoculation under controlled environmental conditions.
