Eurofins Analytik GmbH specialises in the analysis and safety control of oils and fats, cereals, coffee, cocoa as well as sweets, nuts, dried fruits, and many other food as well as feed products.

Within the Global Eurofins Network, we are the Competence Centre for the analysis of allergens and irradiation.

We provide comprehensive analysis to ensure your products are free from harmful allergens, helping you comply with regulatory standards and safeguard consumer health with precise and reliable detection services. We conduct specialised tests to determine whether food products have been treated with irradiation to improve shelf life and safety. Our reliable detection methods ensure that your products comply with legal requirements and provide transparency regarding their processing history.
